Build a foundation in gymnastics

Our gymnastics program is built around a flexible schedule, making it easy to train consistently without sacrificing your routine. Each week, skill work is tailored based on member preference, allowing you to focus on the movements you want to improve most—whether that’s pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand walks, or muscle-ups.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all class. Our gymnastics program is built around a flexible schedule, typically running once a week between Tuesday–Friday in the 4:00–4:30pm window, so you can fit it into your routine.

Each week, we choose a focus skill based on what members want to work on—whether that’s pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand work, or muscle-ups. We kick things off with a warm-up and then break the movement down into progressions, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency step by step.

The second half of class is where we put in the work. You’ll go through targeted accessory and strength exercises designed specifically to support that week’s skill—building the exact muscles, positions, and control needed to improve faster.
